We know that finals can be stressful. Take some time our to enjoy Dornsife’s de-STRESS-cember, and relax with free food, games, entertainment, or stress-reducing activities throughout week 11, December 2 through December 6:

Create holiday cards, color in coloring books, finger paint, and enjoy motivational candy and energy bars.

Take a Break Tuesday, December 3 from 10:00AM-11:00AM

Play jenga and cards and enjoy light refreshments.

Wellness Wednesday, December 4 from 10:30AM-12:30PM
Nesbitt Hall Collaboratory
Enjoy free 10 minute mini-massages, indulge in hot cocoa and munchkins.

Thankful Thursday, December 5 from 1:00PM-2:00PM
Nesbitt Hall 240
Create a Gratitude log and sign the wall of encouragement, enjoy coffee and hot tea.

Festive Friday, December 6 from 1:00PM-3:00PM

Grab snacks from our popcorn bar and watch the movie Elf.
