Tariem Burroughs
Director,
Career Services & Experiential Learning

Tariem Burroughs is the Director of Career Services and Experiential Learning. He has worked at the intersection of health, education, and community for much of his career. He has always had the drive to make programs sustainable yet innovative and fresh to provide communities with the resources that they need to thrive. He brings this same drive to this role and aims to empower and aid students who are pursuing careers in public health.

Tariem received his MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Master of Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Education from the University of Scranton. Most recently he completed his MA in Sociology en route to a PhD in Sociology at Temple University. He holds certifications in Geographic Information Systems and Teaching in Higher Education from Temple University.

Michelle Quigley
Associate Director, Career Services

As the Associate Director of Career Services, Michelle Quigley is passionate about creating opportunities for growth and facilitating connections for SPH students and alumni. Her focus includes career development services for students and alumni, with signature programs including the Professional Development Series and Coffee & Convos.

Before joining the Dornsife School of Public Health, she supported the transition and success of students as Assistant Director/Resident Director at Drexel University. Michelle received her M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and B.A. in Psychology from Cabrini University. She enjoys helping students bridge their interests and passions with their professional goals to find a sense of fulfillment and success.
