Career Services Travel Subsidy

The Office of Career Services offers a limited number of travel subsidies annually to full-time undergraduate and master’s students who are pursuing degrees at the Dornsife School of Public Health. Doctoral students are not eligible for this award.

The intention of the Career Services Travel Subsidy is to provide supplemental funding for the following types of expenses: conference and registration fees, lodging expenses, or transportation expenses (air, rail, or shuttle.)

Submission

Please complete the funding request form. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • detailed budget,
  • summary of work to be presented,
  • and proof of acceptance.

Upon conclusion of the event, you will be asked to share photos and a review. This information may be shared on the School’s website, social media accounts, publications, or in reports to the upper administration.

The maximum level of support that Career Services provides is $200. Please note that funding is limited and is not guaranteed, so applicants should consider alternative sources of funding as denoted here.

Reimbursements are processed after your attendance of the approved opportunity.
