Christina G. Hall is an Improvement Manager at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in the Center for Healthcare Quality & Analytics (CHQA). She has been at CHOP since 2016 and worked on various projects including reducing harm, implementing a Care Management program and improving the patient experience. She has a masters degree in Healthcare Administration and is Lean Six Sigma certified. Her experience includes rehab management, career development and counseling, quality improvement, and regulatory. She is currently pursuing her coaching certification through iPEC.
