Drexel FIRST Health Equity Seminar Series

Join the Faculty Institutional Recruitment for Sustainable Transformation (FIRST) program for their Health Equity Seminar series, a Drexel-wide forum to discuss exciting work and ideas related to health equity.

The monthly series will include Drexel-based and invited external speakers whose work is relevant to health disparities research, ranging from etiology to intervention and policy.

At this event, attendees will hear from Laura N. Gitlin, PhD, an applied research sociologist and dean of the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel University.

Talk title: “The promise and challenges of intervention science in addressing health disparities”
