Briana Guillory, MPH​ ’20

Briana Guillory is a cross-functional Project Manager in the Value Medical Project Management Team within the Center for Observational and Real-world Evidence at Merck, where she supports knowledge generation across the business to enable the delivery of timely medicines. Prior to this role, she was a Study Manager supporting multiple non-interventional research studies from contract execution to closeout. Briana joined Merck as an external worker in September 2020 and transitioned to a full-time employee in March 2021. ​

In 2022, Briana stepped into the entrepreneur space where she launched her company, Be Great By Design, whose mission is to create functional planners to help you manage the many aspects of your life.

Prior to her time at Merck, she completed her Master of Public Health in community health and prevention with minor in program planning and evaluation from the Dornsife School of Public Health at Drexel University in 2020. Her focus and passion during her studies was the intersection of maternal and child health and food and nutrition. She had the opportunity to explore this intersection through studying in Lesotho as a Dornsife Global Development Scholar and her Intergraded Learning Experience where she conducted an analysis of the feeding needs of Children aged 0-5 Within West Philadelphia Promise Neighborhood.​​

Briana earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Anthropology from Colby College in 2016. After graduation she served as an Urban Education Fellow through AmeriCorps in Newark, NJ.
