Information Session for Request for Proposal on Local AAPI Population

Join HealthSpark Foundation on Tuesday, October 4 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST via Zoom!

HealthSpark Foundation, a private, independent philanthropic organization based in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is honored to be selected by the Montgomery County Recovery Office to host a long overdue assessment of the strengths and unmet needs of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities that reside in Montgomery County, PA.

We were similarly honored by the AAPI community nearly a decade ago when HealthSpark Foundation (then known as North Penn Community Health Foundation) supported a smaller-scale assessment of the unmet needs of older Koreans and Asian Indian adults residing in the North Penn area of Montgomery County.

The AAPI community is one of the fastest-growing populations in Montgomery County.  Through this work, we expect to learn a lot about the unique, multi-faceted AAPI culture, and how AAPI residents seek to engage, expand, and improve their quality of life in Montgomery County.  Businesses, policymakers, funders, nonprofit leaders, and others hope to learn more about the diverse AAPI communities in our county, and how best to partner with and support our AAPI residents.

A virtual informational session about this RFP is scheduled for Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 10 am. Pre-registration is required.

Email cstrenger@healthspark.org for a Zoom invitation and meeting link.
