Trauma and S.E.L.F. Support Group

We have all experienced tremendous trauma and loss over the past two years and now is the time to focus on developing resilience. Utilizing a framework focusing on safety, emotions, loss, future, and freedom, we will discuss trauma, our triggers, and the stigma around opening up about our trauma. Join a community of compassion and empathy where you can support and be supported in healing from our individual and collective trauma.

Peer group sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00-2:00PM from May 10 to June 23 at the Center for Hunger-Free Communities (3600 Market Street, 7th Floor)
