Come Join PHE for an hour to de-stress on June 1st, 2022 from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM EST via Zoom!

This event is being held online to educate students about the different techniques, such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to destress before finals week. Destress kits and food will be distributed from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in Nesbitt Hall Lobby to kick off the destress event.
