Wellness Workshops: Date Yourself

Fun fact: Improving your self-esteem will have a positive impact on your performance, your relationships and how you relate with the world. Date Yourself is a three-part workshop centered around understanding, developing, and improving your relationship with yourself! In this workshop, you will address self-perception, relationship patterns (i.e., attachment styles), and techniques to improve self esteem as it relates to healthy relationships. Learn to build up your own self-esteem to feel more confident about who you are and establish authentic relationships.

A workshop is different than a therapy group in that it includes education, practicing coping skills, and providing activities to encourage self-exploration. Please note that, while we are operating remotely, we ask that all participants keep their cameras on during the workshops. Keeping cameras on allows for a more interactive experience while also ensuring that all participants are in a private space during the workshop.

Section B Schedule

  • Session 1: Wednesday, February 16th from 11:00AM-12:00PM
  • Session 2: Wednesday, February 23rd from 11:00AM-12:00PM
  • Session 3: Wednesday, March 2nd from 11:00AM-12:00PM

All sessions held via Zoom.

Be mindful of which section you register for as the earlier section has already started.
