The Public Health Case Competition offer students a unique experience to address challenges facing the field of public health. Students will work in multidisciplinary teams of 5 to find innovative ways to address a challenging public health scenario. The entire case competition occurs over a short time, requiring student teams to collaborate effectively and quickly before creating a written deliverable, a graphic deliverable (people’s choice), and answering questions from a panel of judges on competition day in hopes of winning a monetary prize.
Prizes for 2022 are as follows:
- Winning Team ($1000 per team)
- Honorable Mention ($500 per team)
- People’s Choice Award ($500 per team)
Students can register in teams of 4-5, 2-3, or as an individual to be partnered with other competition applicants.
