Stress Less Fest 2021: Hybrid Meditation

Join us for a hybrid meditation session; either in-person at the Nesbitt Collaboratory Room or from the comfort of your home!

Meditation sessions will be followed by a brief presentation on campus mental health resources and health tips on how to cope with stress to prepare for finals week – Snacks provided to in-person attendees!
