Neurodiversity is becoming increasingly recognized as an important factor in America’s workplace and economy. Employers, community organizations, schools, and governmental institutions must work together to ensure that neurodivergent individuals have full access to employment, especially as our nation recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.

In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), join us for a panel featuring experts in the field as well as individuals with lived experience as we explore the benefits of hiring people with cognitive differences, the barriers they face when entering the workforce, and our collective role in creating inclusive, supportive work cultures.
