Visit the DragonCard Office in Creese Student Center (3210 Chestnut St.) during Welcome Week (Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 6:00PM) to pick up your ID!
Your DragonCard is your official University ID card. You will use your DragonCard throughout your student tenure at Drexel and is required for building access. A DragonCard is not required until you begin coming to campus. Students must be registered for classes to be eligible to pick up their first DragonCard. The process below can be followed at any time during the term.
Can’t make it to campus during Welcome Week? Beginning one week, students can schedule a pick-up of their first DragonCard.

Face to Face Graduate Students
STEP 1:
You must first upload a photo online. Photo submission steps and requirements can on the Online Photo Submission page.
STEP 2:
After your photo has been approved, you can schedule your pick-up by requesting a time slot through the scheduling system. Please schedule your pick-up at least one day in advance of your return, but preferably sooner, as slots can fill up quickly.
Online Graduate Students
Online students are eligible for a DragonCard and have two options:
WITH PHOTO ID:
Online students may pick up a DragonCard at a DragonCard Office beginning one week. To schedule a pick-up, you must first upload a photo online. Photo submission steps and requirements can be found on our Online Photo Submission page.
After your photo has been approved, you can schedule your pick-up by requesting a time slot through the scheduling system. Please schedule your pick-up at least one day in advance of your return, but preferably sooner, as slots can fill up quickly.
WITHOUT PHOTO ID:
Online students may require a non-photo DragonCard be mailed to the address on the student’s record. To request a non-photo DragonCard, complete this form. The DragonCard Office will not mail DragonCards together with photo identification.
