Please consider recognizing the wonderful contributions of Dornsife students and faculty, who have made significant contributions to Dornsife School of Public Health.

Please note that the deadline for Graduate Student Excellence Awards has not been extended.

Dornsife Awards

The Dornsife Awards celebrate the successes of students, faculty, and alumni during the 2020-2021 academic year. Faculty, professional staff, and students are encouraged to nominate individuals and self-nominate for any of the awards. Please note that an individual may be nominated for multiple awards, but is limited to winning only one award.

Please review the award descriptions for further information on required materials, evaluation criteria, and the nomination process and timeline.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, May 7, 2021 by 12:00PM EDT via Qualtrics. Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
