Cold Thai and Korean Drinks To Make in Spring

Making Vegan Recipes: Substitute the condensed milk with sweetened condensed coconut milk, substitute milk for a non-dairy milk like almond milk, and substitute heavy cream for vegan heavy whipping cream.

Thai Tea

Perfect if you have a sweet tooth! This is a mildly spiced (not spicy), sugary drink that uses relatively few ingredients.


  • Thai Tea Mix – 4 tablespoons
    • Alternatively, you can make your own mix with black tea and spices
  • Strainer
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 2 to 3 teaspoons
  • Condensed Milk – 1 to 3 teaspoons

Steps: (1) Boil water and wait for it to cool for 3 minutes (2) Mix in Thai Tea Mix and sugar (3) Steep for approximately 2 minutes (3) Strain solids out (4) Cool in the fridge until cold (5) Take out and stir in condensed milk until its orange throughout and serve. Can be stored for up to 1 week if you opt to make a large batch.

Note: Thai tea can be very sweet, but you can reduce this by adding more condensed milk and tasting until you get your preferred taste or reducing the amount of sugar added.

Korean Strawberry Milk

Upgrade your milk with fruit with this 4 ingredient drink.


  • Strawberries
  • Heavy Cream – 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Brown or Muscovado Sugar

Steps: (1) Chop off the stems and dice the remainder into small chunks (2) In a bowl, mix with sugar (3) Cover and refrigerate for an hour (4) Pour in heavy cream and then milk (5) Stir and serve
