As the home of public health research and practice at Drexel, the Dornsife School of Public Health is hosting a Population Health Symposium to provide a platform for the University community and the community more broadly to engage in discussions about population health.
This year’s inaugural symposium will bring together researchers, health practitioners, students, and the public at large to learn about the intersection of racism and health and discuss how we can collectively propose sustainable solutions towards health equity. The symposium will include two keynote speakers and three sessions on research, interventions, and public engagement. This year the Population Health Symposium is being organized by the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
All symposium participants are invited to submit a poster for presentation during the symposium and to enter a poster competition. Posters that solidly fall within the broad area of population health research or practice will be accepted.
