Zota, associate professor (tenured), in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, will discuss how integrating intersectionality into the exposome can help advance health equity. She will introduce concepts and tools for public health scientists interested in operationalizing this approach and discuss examples from her work on racial inequities in women’s health.
